AirPro Diagnostics, the leader in remote diagnostics, scanning, programming, and cost-effective ADAS calibration solutions for the collision, glass and mechanical repair industries is excited to announce the result of yet another round of third-party testing success for the Auggie.<\/em><\/strong> The Auggie<\/em><\/strong> mobile static calibration device has now met the EURO NCAP safety standard and ensures a complete and safe
\nFFC ADAS recalibration.<\/p>\n

(Euro NCAP) is a European voluntary car safety performance assessment program (i.e. a New Car Assessment Program) was originally started by the Transport Research Laboratory for the UK Department for Transport but later backed by several European governments, as well as by the European Union.
\nTheir slogan is “For Safer Cars”.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

In 2023 Auggie<\/em><\/strong> met both the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) and Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS) standards. With the IIHS standard, Auggie<\/em><\/strong> earned the highest rating possible: Superior<\/u>.<\/p>\n

FT Techno of America (FTTA) an independent vehicle evaluation company performed the EURO NCAP recognised ADAS tests at the Fowlerville Proving Grounds to validate the effectiveness of an Auggie<\/em><\/strong> Calibration:<\/p>\n

EURO NCAP:<\/strong> FTTA tested the Auto Emergency Braking (AEB) performance for Car to Car and Car to Pedestrian as well as Lane Departure Warning (LDW) performance for a total of 60 different testing scenarios. For each
\nof the 60 scenarios, the test vehicle calibrated<\/a> with Auggie<\/em><\/strong> passed the test and the ADAS features performed as designed.<\/p>\n

The Fowlerville Proving Grounds, situated on 950 acres in southeast Michigan, is a world-class, independent proving ground, fully equipped with professional engineering and operations staff.
